    We had a chance to meet up with Karen in Italy for 3 weeks over the summer to do our Italian lessons and amazing adventures which she coordinated in Sicily and Puglia for our family through her company Life Beyond the Room. Private boats to dive along the Sicilian coastline, agricultural adventure into the organic mountain farms to make cheese, riding through medieval towns on donkeys to the best gelato shop in Italy & conversing with shopkeepers at the markets to buy the daily produce. OUR PROCESS

  • COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

    We spend the time to understand your needs, budget and trip timeline in order to craft an itinerary you will love. During the consultation we can give you a ballpark estimate based on your interests, destinations and season.

  • ITINERARY AND TRIP DESIGN

    $250 non-refundable trip design fee, which will be credited back to you upon booking your trip with us. Snapshot itinerary and trip schedule will be provided for your review and approval. Includes curated experiences and accommodations.

  • THE DEPOSIT

    Upon proposal acceptance, we collect a 30% deposit to secure your accommodations, of which $1,000 is non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your trip, the $1,000 non-refundable deposit will become a credit towards a future trip. It never expires and can be transferred to someone else.

  • YOUR DEPARTURE

    Two weeks before departure you will receive a final itinerary along with our exclusive guidebook with local recommendations.
    You will also be assigned a Local Coordinator in the event you need to contact us directly during your travels.
